Each project is custom, but here’s what’s typically included:

Included (depending on scope):

  • Gear & Setup: We bring our own tools, chemicals, and protective gear. All we need is access to water, power, and any specific keys or codes.

  • Efficiency: We work fast, clean, and safe. Our team is trained to follow strict protocols for safety and cleanliness.

  • Final Walkthrough: If you're available at the end, we’ll do a quick review together. If not, we’ll send photos and notes.

  • Clear Access: Please make sure we can get in, park, and move around freely.

  • Move Small Items: Chairs, garbage cans, and small appliances should be out of the way.

  • Communicate Special Concerns: Tell us in advance if you have areas that need special attention, delicate surfaces, or past problems.

  • Notify Your Team: If you have staff or tenants, let them know we’ll be there to avoid confusion or interruptions.

🕒 Timing & Dry Times

Some services take hours to complete — and floors may be off-limits for a while after waxing or deep degreasing.
