  • Cleaning, 7 Days a Week: Bars and restaurants don’t take a day off, and neither do we. Our team works daily to ensure your facility is ready for business.

  • Holiday Flexibility: We adapt to your holiday hours to keep operations running smoothly.

  • Adjustments: Need to tweak the service plan? We’re flexible and open to adjustments as long as they don’t increase costs.

  • Weather Considerations: If weather impacts our service schedule, we’ll notify you promptly and work to reschedule as needed.

Invoicing and Payments

  • Clear and Simple Billing: You’ll receive itemized invoices for recurring services and any additional tasks.

  • Payment Terms: Payment is due upon receipt. For jobs over $1,000, a 50% deposit may be required before work begins.

  • Supplies Billing: If we provide consumables like trash liners, toilet paper, or hand soap, these will be added to your invoice.

Supervision and Training

  • Expert Staff: Our employees undergo thorough on-site training and quality checks before working independently.

  • Specialized Equipment: Our team brings the right tools for every job, from high-performance floor machines to vacuums and mops. All we need is a secure storage space for our equipment on-site.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change. Service agreements can be canceled with 30 days’ written notice. Any outstanding balances, including payments for deep cleaning services, must be settled before the agreement ends.

Safety and Access

  • To ensure safety, certain areas may be restricted during cleaning services (e.g., floor stripping and waxing). We’ll provide clear instructions on when it’s safe to re-enter cleaned areas.

  • Access to your facility should be arranged in advance. We handle keys and security codes with strict protocols to ensure your peace of mind.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Please ensure small furniture and items are moved before we arrive for specialized floor care. Large, stationary items can remain in place unless otherwise discussed.

  • Let us know of any specific cleaning needs or adjustments in advance so we can accommodate them.
