We typically have two types of positions available:
-Daily Janitorial ($18-$20 per hour) As a commercial cleaner in this position, you will be responsible for maintaining a regular cleaning schedule at one or more locations. The frequency of cleaning required may vary from weekly to multiple times per week or daily, depending on the needs of the client. You will be provided with keys to access the building and will be expected to lock up after completing your tasks. Most of your work will be performed independently, with minimal interaction with coworkers or clients. However, you will be in regular communication with your manager via phone or text and they will be available to support you as needed. Your tasks will include light cleaning duties such as taking out trash, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, sweeping, and mopping. This is a low-stress, enjoyable job that allows you to work independently while listening to audiobooks, podcasts, or music through headphones.
-Deep Clean Technician (up to $30 per hour) In this role, you will have the opportunity to take on larger and more varied cleaning challenges, including tasks such as carpet cleaning, hard floor restoration, and pressure washing. You will receive training on relevant processes and equipment to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your duties. The schedule for this position is often varied and determined by customer needs, making it well-suited to candidates who are flexible in terms of when they can work and adaptable to new challenges. You may work independently on some projects and as part of a larger team on others, depending on the needs of the job. Our company maintains a list of preferred part-time and temporary deep cleaning technicians, so you will have the chance to choose which projects fit your schedule.
